Liam Norris was employed in November 2010 as a apprentice sheet metal worker. Liam has now completed his first year of training with GEN2 and has started his second year of his modern apprenticeship. Kevin Wallace and Glen Studholme have successfully achieved the high standards required for the operation of the following mobile elevating work platforms: Mobile Vertical and Mobile Boom. Both to IPAF specification.
Glen Studholme has successfully passed his advanced modern apprenticeship and is now qualified in the following components: NVQ Fabrication & Welding Level 3 City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Engineeering Application Of Number Level 2 Information Tecnology Leve 2 Improving Own Learning & Performance Level 2 Working With Others Level 2. Glens Training was through Carlisle Collage/Gen 2 and we thank them for there support over the last 4 years. Glen has worked very hard over the past 4 years, he has passed all exams and deserves the credit he gets.
Wallace Sheetmetal and Fabrication Ltd joins the West Cumbria Business Cluster to build relationships with local businesses and to develop supply chain strategies for the nuclear industry, government and energy markets.
